Azim Esmail
“Invest in people first. Help them uncover talents they didn’t know they had.”
Azim founded RewardOps upon recognizing the need for a fundamental change in how brands were rewarding their customers. Ancient technology and obscure economics prevented rewardprograms from delivering real value to their customers. The solution he found was straightforward; powerful technology that provides transparency, simplicity, and flexibility.Azim formed the vision for RewardOps over a decade of working at the intersection of loyalty and modern technology. Before founding RewardOps, Azim worked with Plyfe, Recyclebank, and Points, delivering impactful results to Fortune 500 brands including eBay, Burt’s Bees, Whole Foods, and Chevrolet. In 2018, Azim was named one of Loyalty Magazine’s Top 30 Under 40. The award celebrates excellence, innovation, and best practice in the loyalty industry across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
